Over the last 15 years, Christine has been extensively involved with township establishments for large development projects with high-profile developers. Her expertise included the legalities of the proclamation processes of townships and the facilitation and design inputs in the municipal services provisioning for townships. She is the co-founder and managing director of Urban Innovate Consulting, a town planning firm that specialises in statutory processes involved in acquiring land use rights.
In 2017 Christine graduated from the University of Pretoria with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate (Property Development); from the Construction Economics and Management Department. This experience enriched and encapsulated her knowledge in the property development sector.
Urban Innovate became part of the Cadre Group in 2019. As the managing director of Urban Innovate Consulting, Christine took up the reigns as Chief Operating Officer of the newly merged company.
