Annette has a good understanding and application of urban planning principles as well as provincial and national planning legislation. She has experience in preparing and submitting various land use applications to various Municipalities and Councils in Gauteng.
She also gained experience in public speaking and developing working relationships with government officials, private landowners, and relevant stakeholders.
Annette is currently tasked with conducting scoping investigation to determine the latent potential of proposed locations for real estate developments. Once the scoping study reveals a potentially viable project, Annette proceeds with conducting a market demand analysis to determine the extent of the demand within the market for either a residential, retail, or office development.
Upon completion of the market demand analysis, Annette facilitates a consortium of professional consultants to compile bankable business plans to obtain funding for the proposed development.
